We have visited Santa, the cookies/fudge is made and the presents are beautifully wrapped under the tree as we patiently wait for Santa. Wow that sounds prefect when in fact our house is crazy! We visited Santa yesterday to get in line just as he took his break to feed the reindeer; we owned the spot and didn’t budge for 1 ½ hours with three kids. (Yes we still have our hair.) We didn’t take time to get boxes so we have weird shape presents wrapped. The cookies are a story of their own. The kids are so excited and I’m noticing presents misplaced under the tree. I caught Justin dancing and singing on the coffee table….WHAT! Could it be the Christmas chocolate that we are using to count down with...Hmm. They are only young for a very short time and we are enjoying every crazy minute of it!
Tonight the kids made their Christmas cookies for Santa. We never got to make pictures just one crazy video of the whole circus act. Every time I would put the rolling mat down for Ryan he would pick it up and chew on it. We went back and forth a couple of times to wash it. When the cookie dough was put down Ryan grabbed a handful to eat it. Justin had fun until he decided to eat some and he didn’t like it. Before I got a chance to get something to put it in - well it went up the nose. Wow…never saw that coming (side note it went in the trash). Darin was a spectator and not sure how he was wearing flour too. Darin is probably thinking the stork must have dropped him off at the wrong address…there is a sane family some where in the world for me! (This is the vests/blanket I knitted for the boys)
My friend Kelli wrote about her husband making a ton of trips in one day to the store and I laughed – but now not that funny. Paul had to make three trips out to the store in less then 2 hours….Opps. I’m lucky to have such a wonderful husband/friend and in a few months we will be celebrating 7 years together (at least that was the plan before the last trip.) Thanks Paul for being a great father to our kids and super husband. Together we make a great team - where I am weak you make me stronger and I thank you for all you do for our family. We used to have time to kiss under the mistletoe now it seems like we high five lately in a rush, but I am still madly in love and one lucky girl! I love our life together!
Just as Paul’s favorite song says “Merry Christmas from the Family” as mine would be “All I want for Christmas is a real good Tan.” Have a Merry Christmas and a blessed New year!

That is to funny! I can see and hear the kids and thinking about the wonderful voices of laughter and a few squels of that is "Mine Ryan!!!!" and watching the kids eyes light up just looking at the Christmas things. It makes us laugh listening to the excitement when they talk to us. Love each and every one of you. Love, Greenie and Papa
