Darin was four months old on Monday and that was the day of his 4 month check up too. Our little or should we say Big Boy weighed in at 19.2 lbs and was 24 ¾ inches long. The doctor informed us that he is busting his diaper and was off the charts. Never did I think we would see the day that our babies couldn't be charted. He has an appetite that nothing can slow and we had to go buy him toddler bibs to fit around his neck. Since the last post he has been enjoying his apple sauce, peaches, bananas, green beans and sweet potatoes. Just yesterday was his first attempt at a sippy cup, and with a little help from mommy on the aim to the lips he figured it out on the first try with no problem. I was pretty impressed with how well he did. Despite him growing so fast it made me laugh this morning when Justin looked at him during breakfast and said "What's up little shrimp?"
Since my last post we have gotten a few nice days and enjoyed our first picnic outside for this year. (Nope that’s not Yogi Bear that would be Ryan behind those ears!)
Darin enjoyed his first time on the swing outside too! He has taken over Ryan’s old swing and this year he's been promoted to the boy swing! How I love spring and can’t wait for the warmer weather to stay with us!
Justin and Ryan are both sick right now. Yesterday Ryan had to go to the doctor and we found out he has another ear infection. This is his second one since Novemember. But it really shocked me that when they weighed him and he is only 5lbs heavier then Darin!!!

This is called Multi-tasking (it takes a bit to get in rhythm) and the other picture is what Paul calls "Bearing the load of Motherhood"! Paul helped the smallest one with the attack.
